Workouts that fit a busy schedule
Updated October 31, 2026
BusyFit is built for packed days: students between classes, people between meetings, parents between everything. A session takes about five minutes, and you can do the moves in any order, at any point in the day.
It learns your week
- Connect your iPhone calendar and BusyFit finds your regular busy hours. That includes Google and Outlook accounts you've added to the iPhone's Calendar app. Only event times are read, never titles, and they stay on the phone.
- Or pick a typical week (work, school, or both) and adjust it.
- Your own blocks win: mark a "free to move" lunch hour and it opens up, even if your calendar says busy.
Check-ins in the gaps
Nudges land only in free time and suggest one move that fits where you are, like a set of squats at your desk or stairs between classes. Quiet hours and busy hours are never interrupted.
Fits the space you're in
Low-impact and off-the-floor options mean there's always something you can do in a dorm, an office or a small apartment, with or without dumbbells.
