Accountability without a trainer: a coach that counts every rep
Updated October 31, 2026
Most habit apps trust a checkbox. BusyFit's streak grows only on days the camera counted two different movements, so the streak means you really moved.
Why counted reps keep you going
- Someone is watching, in a good way. Like a coach counting out loud, the counter keeps sets honest and finished.
- The streak is earned. Two camera-verified movements a day keep it alive. Hand-logged days still count in your history, they just don't extend the streak.
- Busy days don't break it. Days with no free time in your schedule, days you already train elsewhere, and planned days off are neutral: the streak is kept, not lost.
- Plans fall through? On a training day you skip, a Quick 5 still counts, and you can ask for one nudge an hour before bed.
Gentle, not naggy
Check-ins only arrive in the gaps you're free, never in quiet hours, and they ease off if you're not feeling it. If you worked out somewhere else and Apple Health shows a workout of 20 minutes or more, BusyFit offers that day as a rest day.
