Strength progression for any starting point
Updated October 31, 2026
You don't need to be fit to start. BusyFit asks which push-up and squat feel doable today, then builds from there.
Ladders for every move
Each movement has easier and harder versions. A push-up ladder goes from incline push-ups (hands on a table or counter) to knee push-ups to full push-ups. Squats go from chair squats to bodyweight squats to goblet squats with a dumbbell.
Targets that follow you
- After a workout, tell BusyFit if it felt too easy, just right or too hard. Targets move up or down a little at a time.
- Your first few workouts fine-tune the starting levels.
- When a version gets easy, the next one on the ladder takes its place.
- Weekly balance spreads the work across your upper body, lower body, core and cardio.
Already training?
If you lift or run on set days, tell BusyFit and it stays out of those days. BusyFit is for the days a full workout doesn't happen.
